Hello friends and family!

As you may know, I recently passed the Ohio Bar Exam and have completed my law school journey of the past several years. This summer, I will be entering onto a new journey—to Mozambique, Africa!

Mozambique is a country in Southeast Africa, bordering the Indian Ocean to the East and South Africa to the south. Mozambique is one of the poorest and most underdeveloped nations in the world. While Mozambique has enjoyed successful economic reforms, it is presently facing severe food shortages due to heavy rains in the north and widespread drought in the south.

In July 2016, I will travel with Frontline Ministries International (FMI) to work alongside an organization called Iris Ministries International (Iris). Over the last two decades Iris has experienced a powerful move of God throughout Mozambique. As a result, Iris has successfully established a network of thousands of churches and church-based orphan care centers throughout Mozambique.

Our team from FMI will travel throughout Mozambique to support the local orphan care centers and to support the local church plants. Our team will camp in tents in remote villages where there is no electricity and often where people have never heard the name of Jesus. In past years, our FMI team has seen amazing miracles of God—Mozambicans have received physical and emotional healings, freedom from addictions, financial miracles, and more. We fully expect to see mighty moves of the Lord this year.

I would so appreciate your prayer support for this trip—prayer for the details of the trip and prayer for those who we will minister to in July. In addition to prayer, if you would like to support my trip financially, I would be so grateful. The cost of the trip is $3500. If you are interested in contributing, please use the enclosed envelope and contribution form. (Your contribution is tax deductible.)

I am excited and expectant to come home with lots of amazing stories to share of the goodness of God. If you would like to see team updates during the trip (as internet is available), please be sure to visit frontline-ministries.org. If you have any questions about the trip, please contact me at Amanda.Bridenstine@gmail.com. Thank you so much for your prayers and support.
