As we entered the building that the church is located in, we could hear the sound of worship rising up from the basement. Sharon, Pastor Rohit’s wife, was leading the congregation in praise and worship. After sharing about communion, Pastor Mary Pat prayed to bless the elements and offer them to those present who knew Jesus while Pastor Bill sang “Show Us Your Glory”. Then, Pastor Mary Pat shared from Psalms 34 and Isaiah 55, releasing the glory of the Lord. Six of the men present stood up and prayed out loud to receive the Lord when Pastor Mary Pat offered the Good News of life in Jesus! So amazing! One of the men testified that he felt peace and comfort when he received the Lord.
Many responded to a call for more of the fire of the Lord and freedom in their lives and bodies. Afterwards, a number of people came forward to testify to immediate healing from various body pains as well as spiritual heaviness leaving. One lady shared that her fever and body pains left her during the prayer while another testified that a month of a pain in her neck had suddenly disappeared. It was truly a time of communion and encounter with our King Jesus!
